How do I schedule a tour?

Scheduling a tour is easy. Simply fill out our contact form or give us a call at (423) 682-8241. We offer tours six days a week and can often accommodate same-day or next-day appointments. Virtual tours are also available for those relocating from out of town.

Can I tour multiple properties in one visit?

Absolutely. Tell us your budget, preferred neighborhoods, and move-in timeline, and we’ll help you tour multiple properties in one visit to make your search as efficient as possible.

What move-in specials are currently available?

Connect with a leasing agent for the most up-to-date offers. Specials change frequently, but there are often one to two months free available on qualifying leases.

Are your apartments pet friendly?

Most of our properties welcome pets with a pet deposit and monthly pet rent. View apartment pages or ask your leasing agent about specific pet policies when you schedule a tour. Breed and weight limits vary by property.

Do you offer short-term leases?

Some of our properties offer flexible lease terms and furnished, all-inclusive living options. Most traditional apartment communities typically require 12-15 month leases to secure the best rental rates.

What do I need to apply?

You’ll need a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of income, a completed application, and application fee. Some properties may request additional documentation depending on the lease type. We’ll walk you through everything during your tour.
